Twenty hours per month. Below that, our standard hourly chauffeur service is usually a better fit. Above twenty hours, the per-hour rate steps down in tiers.

Can multiple family members or colleagues use the account?

Yes. Accounts can list multiple authorized riders — typically a spouse, children of driving-eligible age for pickup, and an executive assistant who can request rides on behalf of the principal.

What happens if my primary chauffeur is sick or off?

Every account has a named backup chauffeur on file who has been briefed on your preferences. When the primary is unavailable, the backup steps in with no change to the booking workflow.

Do I have to use the same vehicle each time?

No. Most accounts default to a primary vehicle class (sedan or SUV) but can swap up or down for the day's use case — a single sedan for the morning commute, a Sprinter for the family trip, an Escalade for evening events.

How is short-notice handled?

Account holders move to a priority booking window — dispatch confirms same-day requests ahead of non-account bookings, and after-hours requests come straight to a 24/7 dispatcher line rather than the standard booking flow.
