  • Communications: records of phone calls, emails, and messages exchanged with our dispatch team.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and IP address, collected via Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and local storage to enable website functionality, remember preferences, and analyze traffic patterns. See Section 5 for details.

  • Process and confirm your transportation reservations

  • Moovs (booking platform): your reservation data is processed by Moovs, our transportation management software provider. Their privacy policy governs data processed on their platform.
  • Google Analytics: anonymized usage data is shared with Google to analyze site performance. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Service providers: we may share data with trusted vendors (e.g., email delivery services) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking and contact records for up to 3 years to comply with Washington State carrier recordkeeping requirements and to resolve disputes. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policies (26 months by default). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

Our website uses the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: required for the website and booking widget to function correctly.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics cookies (GA4) help us understand how visitors use our site. These cookies do not identify you personally.
