Which cruise terminals do you serve?

Pier 91 / Smith Cove (Princess, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, Holland America) and Pier 66 / Bell Street (Norwegian, Oceania). Both terminals have designated black-car staging that we use rather than the public drop-off lanes.

How is timing handled for embarkation day?

We stage according to your boarding-pass window. If your check-in opens at 11:30 and the ship leaves at 16:00, your pickup is timed for arrival in your window, not at the published sailing time. This avoids both the early-morning crush and the late-afternoon bottleneck.

Do you handle luggage to the terminal?

Yes. The chauffeur unloads at the curbside porter station for your line, stages bags with the porter for tagging, and confirms your check-in path before departing.

Can you combine my SEA-TAC pickup and the cruise transfer?

Yes — most of our cruise clients pair an airport arrival, an optional pre-cruise hotel night, and the pier transfer as a single booking. One confirmation, one invoice, one chauffeur if the schedule allows.

What about post-cruise return pickups?

Disembarkation pickups stage according to the line's release schedule — typically by-deck, twenty minutes per group. Share your deck and the release time and we stage the chauffeur to meet you in the porter zone.
