We strongly recommend reserving by early December to secure your preferred vehicle and time window. Waiting until the week of the event is a significant risk; availability is not guaranteed.

Yes. We build multi-stop pickup routes into your booking at no extra complexity charge. Provide all addresses when you reserve and we plan the optimal route. Our Sprinter van handles groups of up to 14 passengers from separate locations across Seattle and the Eastside.

Yes. For NYE we offer both point-to-point flat-rate trips and hourly charter arrangements. Hourly bookings are popular for groups who want the flexibility to extend the evening without worrying about the clock. Mention your preferred structure when you inquire and we'll send the right quote.

Our chauffeurs are flexible — if your group decides to add a stop or extend the evening, contact dispatch and we'll accommodate what we can. We recommend building a realistic itinerary at booking and noting any venues where plans might shift. Last-minute major route changes on NYE night are subject to vehicle and schedule availability.

Yes. For groups of 15 and above we deploy our Sprinter van, larger vehicles, or a combination depending on the full headcount. Larger group bookings benefit from being placed early — these vehicles are in highest demand on NYE. Contact us directly for a custom quote for groups over 14.

Absolutely. We serve the full Seattle metro on New Year's Eve including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Sammamish, and Issaquah. Eastside pickups for downtown Seattle NYE events are a common request — factor in I-90 or 520 bridge traffic when planning your departure time and we'll build that buffer in.
